The Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) of the Dayton Bar Association (DBA) has been connecting people in Dayton with attorneys in the area since 1980. We are a trusted resource in the community with attorneys on the panel in over 200 practice areas. We will assess the needs of the client and provide a referral to an attorney who can best assist.
How will I receive my referral?
Clients will fill out an online questionnaire that includes details about their legal needs. It will be the client's responsibility to contact you to schedule their initial 30 minute in office consultation. There is often a consultation fee of $50, which will be paid directly to you, upon meeting the client.

All attorneys in DBA LRS must be in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court and have proof of liability insurance.
All attorneys referred by the Lawyer Referral Service are private attorneys and will charge their regular full fees for any work they do for clients.
