NextGen Leaders Program

The DBA's 10-month, selective and highly-regarded program provides leadership and professional development for DBA attorneys practicing 2-5 years. Candidates must have a demonstrated passion for the profession and civic engagement, a genuine commitment to the DBA, and an excitement for building relationships with a broad cross-section of lawyers and leaders in Dayton.
In addition to meeting with and learning from some of the most accomplished lawyer leaders in Dayton, our Leadership Development Program includes monthly activities, events and sessions to connect with issues, essential training and key leaders in the community. We will announce the new class later this Summer and monthly sessions kick off in September and conclude in June.
