Topic: If you are on a nonprofit board or are interested in the basics of nonprofit law, this CLE will give you a high-level introduction to Ohio nonprofits and 501(c)(3) public charities. We will discuss the legal duties of board members and best practices for board governance. Additionally, you will learn how you can use your existing corporate and transactional legal skills to strengthen our community by volunteering with Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio.
