Through the Foundation, the more than 1,600 DBA members join together to support a wide variety of good works and charitable activities on behalf of the greater Dayton legal community. The Foundation is supported solely by Members and Friends of the Foundation.
To serve as the Philanthropic Organization for the Greater Dayton Legal Community.
To improve Our Community by Promoting Justice and Respect for the Law.
In support of the Foundation's mission, the Board of Trustees look for opportunities to promote the legal profession, to increase access to justice and do good works in our community in the name of the Dayton Bar Association. This is accomplished through the award of grants to worthy organizations and law-related projects.
