This seminar will address the following topics:
•What the typical trust administration process for the bank looks like
•What terms the banks are looking for or do not like to see in trusts
•Major pitfalls in trusts, including when the trust is drafted with an individual in mind and a bank ends up needing to serve
•The pitfalls that the bar and clients perceive when naming a corporate trustee (i.e. the cost, lack of a relationship with the trustee, and timelessness) and dispelling these concerns
•Other services the banks will provide, including executor, guardian, POA, and custodian
