Simply pick up the phone and call: 937.222.6102
8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday
How the Lawyer Referral & Information Service Works
All calls are screened by trained LRIS intake specialists and referred to attorneys or agencies based on the following criteria:
- Areas of Law
- Geographic Preference
- Language Preference
- The LRIS staff uses a specially designed software system to most accurately meet your needs.
If your problem is of a legal nature, you will be given the name and telephone number of an attorney that practices in the area of law you require. If you do not need to hire an attorney, the LRIS will provide information on other community agencies that provide assistance.
Fees & Appointments
Clients referred by the LRIS receive a half hour consultation with an attorney for just $35.00. Additional fees are subject to the attorney. Appointments are set to your needs, even if you are confined to your home, a hospital or nursing home.
The Lawyer Referral & Information Service is available to you Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Or you can submit your referral request online. The LRIS staff can direct you to an attorney for most legal problems such as:
