Grievance and Fee Arbitration
The Supreme Court has authorized the Dayton Bar Association to receive andprocess all Grievance and Fee Dispute claims in Montgomery County. For claims against Judges in any county in Ohio, please contact the Supreme Court of Ohio at 614.387.9370.

Notary Public
The Dayton Bar Association is authorized by the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court as the official provider of Notary Commissions in Montgomery County. We manage more than 13,000 Notary commissions and can assist you in obtaining a new commission or renewing your Notary Public Commission through the Notary Office at the Dayton Bar Association.
Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project
In 1988, members of the Dayton Bar Association were instrumental in helping to establish the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) which provides attorneys to low income individuals in the Montgomery County area of Ohio. The VLP is co-located with the DBA in the Performance Place office condominiums.
