 The Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Dayton Bar Association has over 200 members who are within their first 8 years of practice. The YLD provides its members with many opportunities to grow within the profession through its monthly meetings, social and networking events, community service projects, and continuing legal education.
The YLD also provides lawyers that are new to the profession or the Dayton area with the means to become plugged into the legal market and community as a whole. Members of the YLD gain valuable contacts with prominent judges and lawyers. The YLD has also partnered with other young professionals organizations for networking events.
