Dayton, Ohio – On Friday, November 20, 2009, the Dayton Bar Association will conduct the 17th Annual Bench Bar Conference, the Miami Valley’s largest legal conference, at the Mandalay Conference Center.
Keynote Speaker, Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray, will highlight the day-long conference featuring local and nationally recognized speakers. The Attorney General will speak on Professionalism in Government: Reflections on the Demands of Professionalism on the Public Sector Bar.
Guest speakers will include Washington D. C. attorney, William Butterfield, Esq., a nationally recognized authority on electronic storage and discovery. New York attorneys, Jude Gorman, Esq. and Sandy Mayerson, Esq. will address the Bankruptcy Code.
The annual Conference brings together Judges, Magistrates, court personnel and attorneys for discussions on a variety of topics relating to the courts and the legal profession. A special track of breakout sessions will be offered specifically for in-house counsel and business litigation issues.
