DBA Releases Results of 2008 Judicial Candidacy Preference Poll

In August and September, the Dayton Bar Association conducted a poll of the membership to determine how our members rate each candidate running for election in November 2008 in each of the three contested judicial races in Montgomery County. Each member who chose to participate in the poll was asked to assign a rating of Excellent, Good, Adequate, Not Recommended or No Opinion to each candidate in the following areas:

  • Integrity/Character
  • Legal Experience/Knowledge/Ability
  • Professionalism/Temperament/Courtesy, and
  • Diligence

These results reflect the ratings of only the 455 members participating in the poll and in no way imply an endorsement of a particular candidate by the Dayton Bar Association.
