Wills for Heroes Event a Big Success

This past Saturday, June 7th, the DBA in partnership with LexisNexis, conducted the first ever Wills For Heroes session in Ohio.

Twenty attorneys and five paralegals volunteered their time and talent to provide 40 local first responders (Firefighters, Police Officers and EMTs) and spouses with wills and legal documents. The Dayton Bar Association is proud to bring this program to Ohio and to assist those who put their lives on the line for us, each and every day.

Thank you to Jefferson Township Fire Chief, Roy Mann, for providing the site and to the following DBA members for their time, talent and commitment to the program:

  • Richard A. Boucher, Esq.
  • James E. Byrd, Esq.
