To renew your commission, a fee of $70.00 is due upon registration at the DBA office. MasterCard, Visa, cash in the exact amount and checks made payable to the Dayton Bar Association are accepted. You must appear in person between 9:00am and 1:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You may renew 60 days before the expiration date on your current commission; however, you must stop performing the duties of a Notary Public on the expiration date if you have not renewed! Your commission may be renewed up to 5 years after its expiration before you have to take a renewal test.
