How the Lawyer Referral Service Works
All calls are screened by trained LRS intake specialists and referred to attorneys or agencies based on the following criteria:
- Areas of Law
- Geographic Preference
- Language Preference
The LRS staff uses a specially designed software system to most accurately meet your needs.
If your problem is of a legal nature, you will be given the name and telephone number of an attorney that practices in the area of law you require. If you do not need to hire an attorney, the LRS will provide information on other community agencies that provide assistance.
Fees & Appointments
Clients referred by the LRS receive a half hour consultation with an attorney for just $25.00. Additional fees are subject to the attorney.
Appointmets are set to your needs, even if you are confined to your home, a hospital or nursing home.
