Tort Reform - Its Impact

During this one hour seminar, presenters will discuss recent tort reform-related decisions, the impact of those decisions, tort-reform's impact on trial practice as well as tort reform issues still being litigated in the trial and appellate courts. Specifically, the punitive damage portion of SB 80 will be discussed.
