Directions and Parking
The DBA offices are located in the Performance Place Office Condominiums in the heart of downtown Dayton. Performance Place is a 17-story office/residential condominium complex connected to the Schuster Performing Arts Center located at the corner of Second and Main Streets. The Performing Arts Center has a glass exterior (the Wintergarden) that extends along Second Street from Ludlow Street to Main Street
To visit the Dayton Bar Association Office:
- I-75 North or South to Downtown Dayton
- Take First Street Exit
- After exiting, continue East on First Street to Ludlow Street
- Turn South on Ludlow Street
- Continue South on Ludlow Street through one traffic signal
- Parking is available in the multilevel garage on the right, at the corner of Second and Ludlow Streets.
- Exit the parking garage and walk East toward the Performing Arts Center, crossing Ludlow Street
- Enter the Performing Arts Center through the glass doors (this is the Wintergarden)
- At the East end of the Wintergarden are double wood/glass doors next to the Ticket Office with "Performance Place" above the doors
Enter Performance Place and use the OFFICE ELEVATORS to the 6th Floor.
Arts Garage Parking:
Parking is available in the multilevel Arts Garage on the northwest corner of Second and Ludlow Streets.
Rates:
First 1/2 Hour: $2, First Hour: $3.50, 1.50 per 1/2 hr up to 3hrs, All Day: $9
