Online Continuing Legal Education
The Dayton Bar Association wants to make meeting your CLE requirements as convenient as possible. To that end, we, in conjunction with the Ohio Metropolitan Bar Association Consortium (OMBAC), have partnered with FastCLE so that you may easily and conveniently earn up to twelve-credit hours of CLE each reporting period.

OMBAC's online CLE courses have been approved by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for self-study credit. Each online course may be taken only once for credit and while Ohio lawyers may take as many online courses as they like, Gov. Bar R. X and the CCLE Regulations state that not more than twelve hours of self-study CLE credit may be earned by an Attorney or Judge during any biennial reporting period.
The OMBAC members participating in this online venture are the Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland Metro, Dayton and Toledo Bar Associations.
Due to the joint nature of our online CLE offerings with OMBAC, the DBA is unable to accept the DBA Passport for online CLE programs and podcasts.
