Bench Bar Conference
The DBA Bench Bar Conference is Dayton’s largest legal seminar, attracting over 200 attorneys, magistrates and judges throughout the area. The Bench Bar Conference has a loyal following and a great reputation as one of the most valuable CLE seminars offered in the region. The next Bench Bar Conference is scheduled for Friday, November 15, 2013 at Sinclair Community College.
Annual Estate Planning Trust and Probate Institute
Presented each March by the DBA Estate Planning Trust and Probate Committee, this seminar features 6 hours of intermediate CLE credit focusing on advanced issues, latest developments, and updates in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law. A video replay of the 2013 Institute will be in December. Join us for the 2014 program scheduled for Friday, March 14, 2014.
Annual Domestic Relations Institute
Presented each April by the DBA Domestic Relations Committee, this seminar includes 6.0 hours of CLE credit featuring updates on today’s hottest topics in family law: the latest cases, developments and strategies to help you can stay on top of this dynamic practice area. A video replay of the 2013 Institute will be in December. Join us for the 2014 Annual Domestic Relations program scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2014.
Juvenile Defense Certification
This seminar is featured during the Spring and Fall. The next scheduled program is November 2013. This program offers 6.75 CLE hours and is pending approval for New Lawyer Training Credit. Registration will soon be available.
Juvenile GAL Training
This seminar is featured August 21-22, 2013 and offers 12.0 hours of CLE credit. It has also been approved for New Lawyer Training Credit.
Criminal Defense Certification
This informative seminar is scheduled twice a year. The next presentation is Friday, December 6, 2013. The program is pending approval for 6.25 CLE hours with New Lawyer Training Credit pending. Registration will soon be available.
