Bench Bar Conference

The DBA Bench Bar Conference is Dayton’s largest legal seminar, attracting over 200 attorneys, magistrates and judges throughout the area. The Bench Bar Conference has a loyal following and a great reputation as one of the most valuable CLE seminars offered in the region. SAVE THE DATE! The next DBA Bench Bar Conference will be Friday, November 13, 2015 at Sinclair Community College. 

Annual Estate Planning Trust and Probate Institute

Presented each March by the DBA Estate Planning Trust and Probate Committee, this seminar features 6 hours of intermediate CLE credit focusing on advanced issues, latest developments, and updates in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law.  A video replay of the March 2015 Seminar is scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2015. The 2016 Seminar is tentatively scheduled for Friday, March 11, 2016.

Annual Domestic Relations Institute

Presented each April by the DBA Domestic Relations Committee, this seminar includes 6.0 hours of CLE credit featuring updates on today’s hottest topics in family law: the latest cases, developments and strategies to help you can stay on top of this dynamic practice area. A video replay of the April 2015 Seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2015.

Juvenile Court Training and Certification

This seminar is featured twice a year; once in June and once in November. The next Juvenile Law Certification is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2015 at the DBA Offices.

Juvenile GAL Training

This seminar is featured once a year and offers 12.0 hours of CLE credit. The next Juvenile GAL Training is August 13 & 14, 2015 at the DBA Offices.

Criminal Defense Certification

This informative seminar is scheduled twice a year.  The program is 6.5 CLE hours.  The next Criminal Defense Certification seminar will be Thursday, December 3, 2015.

Annual Elder Law Seminar
